Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using the Health Bridge app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Health Bridge does
Health Bridge imports your Google Health / Fitbit data into Apple Health — from a Google Takeout export file (free), or directly from your Google account with the optional paid "Pro Sync" feature.
3. Not medical advice
Health Bridge transfers and displays health data; it does not interpret it. The app is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it for medical decisions — always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Data accuracy depends on the source (Fitbit/Google) and transfer fidelity is not guaranteed.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- Pro Sync is available as an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
5. Your accounts
Pro Sync requires signing in to your own Google account. You are responsible for that account, and your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms. You may disconnect at any time in the app, which revokes and deletes the stored sign-in token.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app or its sync service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to violate any law or third-party terms.
7. Availability
The sync service depends on third parties (including Google's APIs and our hosting providers). We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be discontinued. The free file import works without our service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
